Chinese herbal diet therapy makes use of medicinal properties of food for health preservation. Much of the whys and hows of herbal diet therapy are lost now and many are doubtful whether they have been doing it the right way. As the foundation of “TCM for Healthier Me” series, this talk addresses common misperceptions and teaches the foundations and principles of Chinese herbal diet therapy that will help participants apply these in practical ways for healthier life.
