Introduction to Wine Appreciation Workshop

Learn the five steps of wine appreciation and get familiar with some common grape varieties and wine labelling terms. This introduction session is suitable for beginners, and will equip you with the foundation to derive maximum enjoyment from our regional series of wine appreciation sessions in the coming months!

Daryl Saw has been actively involved in the Singapore wine scene since 2016, organising and hosting numerous wine dinners, wine workshops and thematic wine fairs. He holds a Level 3 award in wines from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (UK), and is a Certified Specialist of Wine under the Society of Wine Educators (USA).
