In this session, we’ll discuss the dangers of a sedentary lifestyle and how posture during work, study, and sleep impacts your body. You’ll also learn how to choose the right equipment, including office chairs, mattresses, and pillows, to support your spine, improve comfort, and enhance overall recovery and well-being.
