Boosting one’s immune system has become a hot topic of late given the current Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
But first, it’s important to understand about how our body’s immune system work, and to find out what nutrients actually help for boosting the immune system.
This talk will give you the low down on nutrients that actually DO matter, namely Vitamin C and D, Zinc, Polyphenols and Probiotics, and the types of foods that contain these nutrients. The importance of getting enough exercise (not too much and not too little) and sleep will also be discussed as part of a holistic approach towards boosting one’s immune system.
