Title: Holistic Approach for Eye Care 

Synopsis:
Our eyes, our windows to the world, sometimes are taken for granted until we have blurred vision, eye floaters or even macular degeneration. Then, we started to hit the panic button.  As our life expectancy is ever increasing, it is of utmost importance that we start to take care of our eyes now so that we can enjoy the beauty of the world into the age of 90s. This workshop covers various eye-related health issues for different age groups, functional food for our eyes and holistic approach to achieve healthy eyes for our long-term use.

Title: Everyday TCM: Sleep Deep & Recover Fast: Wellness for Restful Nights 

Synopsis:
Singapore is the third most sleep deprived nation. Lack of sleep and poor quality of sleep not only affects your physical health but your mental well-being too. Poor sleep can lead to poor control of modern lifestyle diseases such as hypertension, blood cholesterol and sugar level, dementia etc. In this workshop, you will have a better understanding of how poor sleep affects your health, important concepts to break the vicious cycle, TCM and meridian self-therapy techniques and sleep hygiene to promote good sleep.
