Crawl like a bear, scuffle like a crab, reach like an ape.
A bodyweight movement fitness workout focused largely around ground-based work which aims to improve, mobility, stability, strength, and power. It challenges the body through multiple planes of movement and is a great compliment to barbell work and explosive power athletes (runners, jumpers, martial arts, etc.)
Please take note of the following to prepare well for the class:
1) It is recommended that participant access the online class on Zoom using their PC/Laptop for the best practice experience. (mobile phone and tablet is not recommended).
2) Please log in to Zoom 15 minutes before the class via the link in the confirmation email. Please ensure your Zoom username is the same as the registered name for attendance taking purpose.
